Really good stay!
quality food winter sauna polite staff
The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). I appreciated the excellent choice and good quality food. The winter sauna was a great experience, since it was located right next to the ski resort. Staff were polite and hospitable.
Unfortunately, room cleaning services were not available .

The location provided easy access to both town centre and the Santa Village. Everything I needed was within a short, fifteen-minute drive by car, made exploring the surrounding area very convenient.

private sauna diverse choices helpful staff
the chalet had a private sauna located next to the toilet. breakfast featured many diverse choices including salmon crepes and ice cream. the restaurant served well prepared food. the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel has a good position close to a lake.
lack of room cleaning services was a small inconvenience .

excellent breakfast short walk cozy cabin bizarre design terrible sleep icy path
i am very grateful for the excellent breakfast, a real treat to start the day. There was also a supermarket a short, pleasant walk away. the cozy cabin feel and having a sauna was great.
the chalet did smelt, it was bizarrely designed. It also creaked loudly all night, which resulted in terrible sleep. Getting to the reception from the chalet was dangerous because of the ice.

The chalet had some design flaws. It was strange. The layout seemed awkward. The walk to the reception felt treacherous because of ice. I really think the hotel could have spread some grit.
